The people libraries each contain 16 3D RPCs in a variety of uniforms and poses. Each vehicle collection contains 4 3D+ RPCs. These RPC collections are fully compatible with the full set of RPC Platform Tools including Mass Populate, Mass Edit and RPC Helper tools for added ease of placement and editing.

The assortment of 3D RPC People in the 1st Responder collections range from Police and EMS Technicians in traditional uniforms to SWAT and Firefighters in full gear. The 1st Responder Vehicles collection includes a Chevy Suburban fire vehicle, police cruiser, box-style ambulance and an intricate Seagrave Pumper fire truck. Each vehicle can leverage the RPC spline tools for ease of placement and realistic motion within an animation.

The 3D RPCs in the Military People [Army] collection includes both action and casual poses in a variety of uniforms ranging from traditional camouflage to physical fitness wear. The Military Vehicles collection includes a traditional Humvee with optional gun mount and camouflage options, Humvee with a medical back, Light Armored Vehicle (LAV-25) and a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter. Each vehicle, like the 1st Responder vehicles, can automatically drive along a spline. The Black Hawk helicopter has options for both static and in-flight rotors providing realistic flight capabilities.
