After placing an order with your reseller, you should receive an e-mail containing a serial number and order password from your reseller. Once you have obtained this information, the following instructions will guide you through the process of receiving licenses or downloads purchased from the reseller via your ACM.

Step 1:    Check your inbox for an e-mail with download instructions from your reseller. .

Step 2:     Access www.archvision.com via the link in the reseller's e-mail.

Step 3:     At www.archvision.com copy and paste your ACM ID into the ACM ID field, enter the serial number and password from reseller's email then click on Generate Licenses and Downloads.

Step 4:     Finally go to the Licenses tab of your ACM. Select Direct Connect then click the Import button. This will cause the ACM will acquire the license and download information. If a download is included you should select Yes when prompted to begin processing the download queue.
